The method is built on the principles learned from three of the most respected organizations in athletic development: the Gambetta Athletic Improvement Network (GAIN), OPEX Fitness, and Active Life Professional, combined with over a decade of real world coaching experience across aquatics, fitness, and sport.

GAIN established the foundation: that consistent, daily touches on athletic development are what actually move the needle — not isolated, occasional training days. OPEX shaped the approach to individualized programming and long term athlete health. Active Life Professional deepened the understanding of how to keep athletes moving well and pain free across a long and active life.
