- Cat cow x 10
- Worlds Greatest x 10/leg
- 5/side Shinbox + internal rotation
- 10/side Sciatic & Peroneal Floss
- (:20-30 passive hang + 10 scap-up) x2
3 Rounds x 10 Reps each: Prep Hips, Shoulders, and Core
- Cossack Squats
- Band passthrough
- Band Pull-apart
- Deadbug
