  • Hip flow 1
    • Cat cow x 10 
    • Worlds Greatest x 10/leg
    • 5/side Shinbox + internal rotation
    • 10/side Sciatic & Peroneal Floss
    • (:20-30 passive hang + 10 scap-up) x2

3 Rounds x 10 Reps each: Prep Hips, Shoulders, and Core

  • Cossack Squats
  • Band passthrough
  • Band Pull-apart
  • Deadbug
