Introducing the Aquatic Performance Group

Introducing the Aquatic Performance Group
APX MVMT Method by Coach Wes | Helping Athletes and Teams Unlock Their Full Potential

Staying in swimming shape over the summer sounds simple. It rarely is.

The season ends, the structure disappears, and suddenly you're on your own. You've got good intentions — find a pool, put together a plan, stay fit. But solo laps get old fast. Without a lane mate or a coach in your corner, it's easy to slip.

I've been there. So I built something to fix it.

What this is

The Aquatic Performance Group is a semi-formal summer training group for college returners. The goal is simple: stay in shape, train with a group, and show up to fall practice feeling good about where you are and where you are going.

We mix aerobic technique work with race-pace training in the water. Strength training rounds it out, building the power that shows up when you need it.

Athletic improvement isn't a chore to be endured. It's a journey to be enjoyed.

That's true in the fall. It's true in the summer too.

In-person & online

The in-person group trains in Albuquerque, NM at Albuquerque Academy during Noon Masters. If you're home for the summer, come train with us. If you're somewhere else, the online group runs the same program — same swimming, same strength training, wherever you are.

Both groups kick off at the end of May. Spots are limited.

Sound like your kind of summer?

Drop your info in the link below and I'll be in touch with everything you need — schedule, pricing, and how to get started.

See you in the water.
