I'm Coach Wes. I've spent over a decade in aquatics, fitness, and athletics. Today I coach age group swimming and athletic improvement for Charger Aquatics. When I was introduced to the Warm Up To Swim (WUTS) system through GAINSwim, something clicked. Daily touches on athletic development — not just isolated training days — were producing some of the top athletes in the U.S. and Canada.

I bought-in to that approach and started seeing results, fast. My 12 & Unders weren't just improving, they were dropping time, meet after meet. Not one or two standout swimmers. Everyone!

I knew this could and should be applied to different sports and activities. (And not just for kids)

So I took this knowledge, combined it with everything I've learned over a decade of coaching, and built the APX MVMT Method on the idea that athletic improvement isn't a chore to be endured, but a journey to be enjoyed.
