I'm Coach Wes. I've spent over a decade in aquatics and fitness, and today I coach age group swimming and run dryland for Charger Aquatics. When I was introduced to Warm Up To Swim (WUTS) through programs like GAINswim and Carmel Swimming, something clicked. Daily touches on general physical preparation—not just isolated "dryland days"—were producing some of the top swimmers in the U.S. and Canada.
I brought that approach to my own team and started seeing results, fast. My 12 & unders weren't just improving—they were dropping time, meet after meet. Not one or two standout swimmers. Everyone.
So I built APX MVMT on the idea that dryland isn't a chore to be endured but a tool to be enjoyed. Simple, effective programming that makes you faster without the confusion.
